Looking for a room after sept. 9th

I’m 30 looking for a room. I’m in the middle of a divorce and need to move out. I won’t be making a lot of money but can afford 900 a month for now. I have two kids but they will stay with their dad for school as he lives close. I’m trying to stay in the Citrus Heights orangevale area for work. Very clean and a good cook so I can make dinners for everyone when I have the time. I like to game and read in my free time. I don’t really party but to enjoy the occasional night out or a late movie, I’ve always been more of a night person but pride myself in being pretty quiet. I would really prefer a women to live with or co. Please no single males. Even with the divorce I am drama free. I’m also willing to look for two bedroom apartments with someone I can go as far up as Roseville and I would prefer not to dip down into fair oaks if we’re splitting rent, I could afford 1000
