Short-term rental in Reston VA 1bdr

Hi, I am looking for a tenant to takeover the second half of my lease from Oct-April in a very nice 1 bedroom apartment in Reston, VA. I have plans which require me to leave my lease early so looking for those interested in a short term 6 month rental. The tenant would have to go through a credit and background check with the leasing office and be added onto the current lease as a roommate. Tenant would be provided both keys and be the only one with access to the apartment. Rent total is $2600 plus but I will be covering $400 of the rent and pay for the utilities, trash, and internet so you would only have to pay $2200 a month for the apartment and optional $100 a month for parking. Apartment complex is 5 min from Reston Town Center with plenty shopping and restaurants. Also within walking distance to the metro. Also comes with loads of amenities like two fitness gyms, community pool, private working spaces, monthly social events, and farmers market across the street every Sunday!
