The 11 runs right in front of the building and will take you right to uOttawa and it's only about a 10 minute walk to Bank Street and the O train. The 10 to Carleton is about a four walk away at Bronson and Somerset. The building has coin laundry and is only steps away from a laundromat. No parking but you can get a permit for street parking through the city. Rent is $1020 plus utilities (should come out to around $1100 per month). Available for September 1!
