I’m looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP! I have paid for August and may also pay September’s rent, and I will cover the relet fee. You can move in anytime. It is a full-year lease from August 2026–July 2027. (I HAVE NOT MOVED IN) 📍Royal Lexington. – August 2026–July 2027 It’s four bedrooms; all three roommates are super sweet, courteous, and clean! I will say you will be living with 2 females and 1 male, but they are all respectful and kind! All three roommates are UKY juniors and can give you their contacts. It is extremely close to campus and the hospital. Rent is $799/month, and utilities besides electric (which is split four ways) are included. It also comes fully furnished!
