Hi, my name is Les. I am a 75-year old male professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Santa Clara County. My budget is $1,700 max including utilities and I would like to move immediately. Prefer a private bath. I can't drink (doctor's orders), don't smoke or do hard drugs. I'm a good cook and can dish up some delicious Hungarian recipes. I'm a semi-retired insurance agent and while I don't actively do any marketing anymore, I still maintain a few dozen Medical and Commercial policies. I would need a small space for my computer and printer. I'm easy going and very hard to get angry.
