Looking For A Room

Hi! I’m a working college student looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful room to rent. My budget is up to $700 per month, and I’m looking to move in around September 5th. I’m responsible, clean, respectful, and dependable with rent. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but I also enjoy having my own space and respect the privacy of the people I live with. I have two small dogs (about 15 lbs each), so I’m looking for a pet-friendly home that is comfortable with two small dogs. I’m fully responsible for their care and cleaning. I’m open to a private home, townhouse, or shared house and would prefer a quiet, safe, and respectful living environment. I can also provide proof of employment/income if needed.
