Roommate Wanted – September 1, 2026 – August 1, 2027 I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease for a one-year term.
I’m hoping to find someone who is kind, respectful, open-minded, clean, and mature. Ideally, you’re working and looking for a peaceful, positive place to call home. A little about me: I’m an artist who loves cooking, creativity, and having a good time. My current roommate and I have put a lot of care into making our place feel warm, cozy, and aesthetically beautiful—we’ve created a cute little “girlpartment” with great vibes, and I’d love to find someone who appreciates that kind of space too. Having a genuine friendship with my roommate is important to me, so I’m looking for someone who wants to help cultivate a relaxed, welcoming home. Apartment details:
• $1,150/month (all-inclusive – utilities included)
• Available September 1, 2026 – August 1, 2027
• Furnished bedroom (or the furniture can be removed if you have your own)
