student looking for room to rent

Female student looking for master bedroom OR room with its own bathroom. Looking for an ALL FEMALE house around CalBaptist University (15m1ns away max) that can offer parking. My budget is 850 but am willing to negotiate. I’m a second year Public Health student and very clean, flexible, and respectful of others and my own space. Am able to move in ASAP. I start school first week of September
