Can ask my previous landlord wasn't late on rent in 3 years!! No drama type of person especially if your a nice cool person... Don't mind helping around the house.. currently on disability until my leg gets better but very respectful of privacy and don't sweat small things.. Completely stay to myself unless asked! Can always expect rent on 1st in check,cash,or cash app witch ever preferred..
