Furnished double room available in a modern 2-bed house in Didcot (GWP area), Oxfordshire 🏡 Looking for a short-term let of a few months, ideally Monday–Friday only but open to discussing full-time occupancy if that suits better. £175 pw Mon-Fri, or £200 pw for full occupancy, all bills included. Also open to something longer-term if that works better for you. Female housemate preferred please 🙋♀️ The room is fully furnished and ready to move into, just bring your suitcase! You’ll share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom with me, I live here full-time and work full-time too. The house has a smart home setup (smart lighting, Ring cameras, Hive thermostat, Alexa), plus a washing machine and dishwasher. There’s a visitor parking space and lots of on-street parking too, so no worries about parking 🚗 Didcot Parkway station is about 1.3 miles away, with fast trains to London Paddington (around 40 minutes) and quick trains to Oxford & reading✨ There’s also a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away with links to all the surrounding areas. Plus a Sainsbury’s and Asda both within walking distance. Happy to be social! Shared dinner nights, a glass of wine, a good chat and a chill evening together🍷 but equally happy if you’d rather keep to yourself after a long day.
