Hi, my name is Dustin. I am a 26-year old professional. bisexual in pre-transition (lgbt friendly) and recently separated from my long term partner. I still have a year left on the lease of a very desirable apartment and would prefer not to break the lease but also not be broke. quiet, clean, and easy to get along with. I work 4pm to 12am and mostly play videogames, skateboard, or play magic. This apartment is very spacious and comes with a dishwasher, washer and dryer. The room is carpeted with a nice large closet. The complex is fenced in with private access to the riverwalk and 5 min walk from downtown bradenton. There's a pool and a gym. 1000$ for rent covers your half plus utilities, internet, trash pickup, and renters insurance. You will have to be approved onto the lease at the discretion of the apartment company.
