Looking for a room to rent!

I am Juan Francisco, I am Mexican American. I will move to the Netherlands in October. I will start working in Sevenum, so I am looking for housing in the outskirts of Venlo or other towns. And I need a parking space for a car. I am looking for a long term indefinite lease, but temporary leases are also interesting for me, as I can find other housing while there. I am looking for solo studios or also room-sharing, preferably furnished or semi-furnished, as I do not have any furniture. I have always lived with roomies and I am a good roommate.
