Hey everyone! I’m looking for 1 roommate for a private bedroom/bathroom in a 4 bed / 3 bath house available September 1st. 📍 2821 Fennel Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73128 near SW 29th & Morgan Rd. Quiet neighborhood near Mustang, Yukon, and West OKC with easy access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and major roads. Rent: $950/month * Month-to-month
* First + last month ($1,900) due before move-in
* Rent due on the 1st; late fees apply afterward
* No security deposit
* You’re responsible for any damages you cause
* 1-month notice required before moving out Your Room:
Private, unfurnished bedroom with a lock, closet, and your own smaller private bathroom inside the room. House Includes:
Full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central A/C & heat, fast Wi-Fi (small fee), fenced backyard, garage/driveway/street parking, and smart keypad/fingerprint front-door access. There are currently 4 people living here. Two cousins share the master, and the other two roommates each have their own rooms. I’m in the Air National Guard and currently live in a hotel, so I’m usually only around occasionally. Everyone is friendly, quiet, and mostly does their own thing. House vibe is very laid-back. No crazy list of rules. Have friends over, overnight guests are fine, cook whenever, and make yourself at home. Just respect everyone and clean up after yourself. Smoking/vaping is fine. Anything that produces a strong/lingering smell (cigarettes, weed, etc.) must be used outside. Vapes, THC pens, e-cigarettes, etc. are fine inside as long as they don’t leave a smell. 🐾 Pets welcome. Looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and with stable income. Any age is welcome, and no pay stubs/income verification required. Message me if interested!
