The unit has in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a fireplace. There is also a nice patio to use in warmer months. Property has an indoor pool and hot tub open year round. There is also a 24 hour fitness center and sauna. The place is a 5 minute drive from the Route 59 Metra station. There is lots to do at this complex. The neighbors are very nice and there are lots of (optional of course) events that the complex puts together that are a lot of fun.
