Looking for a private room.

My name is melissa I'm 38 and I am currently being asked to leave a friend's house that I've been rent to. This is over a miscommunication that seems to keep happening and it's best I part ways from here. That said I have absolutely no where to go and am working with the housing authority to possibly get funding to move. I am looking for a private room preferably furnished but I can work with it not being furnished as well. I would need someone to be flexible with rent due dates as I get paid every two weeks from my job and I don't have my own transportation so I uber everywhere. I can pass a background check. I don't party or do drugs(except the occasional 420). I am a smoker but am ok with going outside to smoke. I am looking for something temporary just until the housing authority and I can find a more permanent solution, I know renting a room to a stranger can be stressful and scary and believe you me I feel both those things just put this listing up. I am an open book please just ask.
