subletting my room in a 6 bedroom house right in the heart of bellingham, available now through june. walkable to downtown, campus, coffee, groceries. you genuinely don't need a car to live here, but if you do have a car, you will have a parking space available the room is bigger than it sounds. large upstairs bedroom plus an attached bonus space with windows wrapping around two sides, so it works as a desk setup, reading nook, plant room, whatever you want. walk in closet, full length mirror, vaulted ceilings, and it faces the trees so it's quiet and the light is unreal during the day. it comes optionally furnished: queen bed frame and mattress, dresser, tv and media bench, rugs, lazy-boy, and the full length mirror are all up for grabs, whichever youd like to keep you can let me know, ill take whatever you don’t want. my plants and my desk/chair/monitor setup are coming with me, so the bonus room is a blank canvas to make your own. the house itself is well stocked. two full fridges so nobody is fighting for shelf space, a coffee and espresso bar, two stories plus a large basement for storage. good setup if you actually cook and use your kitchen. rental details: $825/month plus utilities. no security deposit. sublease runs from now through june, and there's flexibility on the exact start date. the roommates: 5 wonderful ladies, so we’re looking preferably for a woman to join. they are very fun, welcoming, and value time together as
