You’d be joining two roommates in this spacious 3-bed 1 bath. There is one room available. furnished room with a full size bed, desk, drawer, and closet. Wifi, electricity included. Shared kitchen, bathroom, no pets, smoking, party or random visitors, peaceful, clean, neat and organized at all the time and pay rent on time. However if you want to have guests over it’s $10 per night but must inform before doing so as this does affect the privacy of your fellow roommates. No broker fee To move in anytime Walk up 3rd floor no elevator Great location 6 train 110th Street station Minimum 3 months Maximum none I would need your previous 3 month pay tabs to prove you are capable of rent financially. The current two roommates, both professional, clean, quiet, and keep to themselves, which is what looking for in a third roommate. The building is very friendly, mostly families.
