Roommate wanted!

I have my basement that is pretty much separate from the rest of my house. I'm looking to rent it out to someone that is clean and professional. Able to lock the interior doors and I stay gone often with work, so we would barely see each other. Willing to discount rent if able to help with chores, etc. Space is roughly 700 sqft, one bedroom and a den. Two closets and a private bathroom. Does include outside access through a side door. I'll be able to update with pictures later in the month.
