Hi! I'm Natalie, a founder originally from Philadelphia relocating to the South Bay to continue growing my swimwear brand, Sweat2Sw1m. I'm looking for a furnished or unfurnished room in a clean, welcoming home with a budget of around $1,000/month. I'm respectful, organized, easygoing, and keep a quiet lifestyle. When I'm not working, I enjoy staying active, spending time at the beach, and exploring the local community. I also have a well-trained Mini Bernedoodle named Pippa who is incredibly friendly, great with people and other animals, and is always with me—she's never left home alone. I have a background in teaching, household management, and personal assistance, so I'm happy to help around the house if that's valuable.
