Hello my name is Brandon, and I am a independent contractor. I own this home in otay ranch Chula Vista and I am in need of a roommate as I am not home much due to the nature of my work. It is a 6 month lease and It would start September 1st and end on march 1st. Me and my fiancée will be the only people to come into the home while you rent from us. We are both in our 20s. The home is new so it won’t be as furnished, also the home comes with amenities such as a hot tub, 3 community pools and a gym. You will have your own parking space in my garage. I usually am gone between this property and my other properties or my job and I will most likely never see you besides you moving in and moving out. So yes 1400$ for the master bedroom or 1250$ for the guest bedroom. And half on all utilities and I pay for WiFi. Water and electricity are the only utilities. The town house is in walking distance of a Home Depot and a Walmart, and it also in walking distance of a grocery store and a Mall with 3 soccer fields and a dog park and many restaurants.
