Private suite available inside a quiet, owner-occupied 2021 home in Davenport, Florida. Unlike a typical room rental, the renter will have a private bedroom, a private bathroom located directly next to the bedroom, and a dedicated full kitchen reserved for their use. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sink, countertops, cabinets, and pantry storage. Electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and parking are included. Weekly scheduled access to the washer and dryer is also included. This is a private suite inside a shared home, not a standalone apartment. Entry is through the home’s main front door, and the entrance hallway and laundry room are shared. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are reserved for the renter’s use. There is no separate exterior entrance or private living room. A large adult German Shepherd lives in the homeowner’s private portion of the home, so applicants must be comfortable living in a home with a large dog. No additional pets are permitted. Rent is $1,350 per month with a $1,350 security deposit. The initial lease term is months, with renewal available when the arrangement works well for everyone. Maximum occupancy is two adults. Every adult occupant must complete identity, income, and background verification. First month’s rent and the security deposit are required before move-in. Located near ChampionsGate with convenient access to I-4, Disney, shopping, restaurants, and surrounding Central Florida employment areas.
