he space is cute, if I say so myself. There are two other girlies living here, cats! But they are sweethearts and will never bother you. I'm clean, (Virgo obsessive clean) however you do NOT have to clean the apartment. But you MUST clean up after yourself, cooking, bathroom use etc. I deep clean the apartment biweekly, just a matter of cleaning style preference. I’m respectful, and pretty reasonable. I'm look for a woman roommate with the same ideals. The convertible is area is private, and the shared spaces are clean and accessible. THE ROOM: The building is located on cusp South Loop & Pilsen, near UIC! There's everything around, Whole Foods, Shopping area, cute restaurants, beautiful walkable neighborhood. The building is a luxury building. There's a gym, pool, deck, and the apartment has a private balcony (yay!) I love the space and the neighborhood. This is a 1BDRM convertible, so the living room, kitchen, is shared. The bedroom space is open, but I have floor to ceiling curtains for your privacy or you can grab a room divider if that's better for you. Dealers choice. Your space comes semi-furnished with a Helix queen mattress and storage cabinet. There is an in-unit washer dryer & central air. Best of luck in your search
