My roommate and I are heading into our final year at Point Park, and our third roommate’s plans unexpectedly changed. We’re looking for someone to join us for the remainder of the school year. Rent is $850 each plus utilities. The apartment is on Wood Street—about a 13‑minute commute to Oakland or East Liberty—and the building offers great amenities: a rooftop, a 24/7 gym, multiple study rooms, and a community lounge.
