Capistrano Beach is wonderful community. Neighborhood is quiet and great area to get your fitness routine or just chill on 1 of 2 patios. Park on street. Laundry in unit. I prefer a roommate who is a professional who works full time away from home since I work partially from home. Month-to-month will consider but prefer 3 mos or 6 mos sub-tenant lease. Rent includes utilities and wifi. Furnished partially or unfurnished up to you.
