Hi! I’m a 29-year-old woman looking for a female roommate who is clean, considerate, and likes dogs, to share my apartment beginning September 1. The apartment is a 2-bedroom plus office (originally a 3-bedroom) with 1 bathroom, located on the second floor of a multi-family home in a very walkable area in Federal Hill — walking distance to multiple restaurants, cafés, bars, gyms, grocery stores, etc. Rent: $1,100/month + utilities (typically around $100/person/month) Apartment features: * Two very large bedrooms, with plenty of space for a queen or king bed plus additional furniture.
* Private off-street parking spot in the driveway
* Free laundry in the basement
* Shared living room and kitchen
* Dedicated office space. The third bedroom is quite small, so I’ve been using it as a home office for a few years. I work remotely, but there’s room to add a second desk if you also work from home or want a dedicated workspace!
