I am looking for a weekly rental, a flexible month-to-month sublet, or an arrangement where I can pay my first few weeks upfront while I get established. I am highly motivated and will be hitting the pavement to secure bartending shifts from day one. When I come home after a shift, I am incredibly quiet and respectful of the fact that others might be sleeping.
