I'm looking for one male roommate to rent two private rooms in my apartment: a bedroom and a separate living room/office space. Both have window units. The rooms will be available starting September 1. (Possibly earlier)

Currently the rooms are furnished but I am not partial to the furniture. (Bed, bookcase, desk and dresser)

Unfortunately, the building doesn't allow pets

A little about me : I typically work Monday–Friday 10-7 schedule and am usually out during the day on weekdays.
