This is an unfurnished 800 sqft detached mother-in-law suite on our property. Utilities, Internet & scheduled pool access are included in the $1,400. One price pays all your "house bills". We do live in the main house and the m-i-l suite is in our backyard, however there is a road behind our house. So the entrance is private.
