Common areas are shared and kept clean. Laundry is provided downstairs. House is in a quiet neighborhood off Floyd road located next to a multitude of grocery stores, shops, trails and 20 min to the city. Leases are month to month. Security deposit is same as one months rent-ideally returned at move out. Discounts on first months rent if moved in before Aug 1st
