I'm looking for a room to rent until an apartment becomes available. I can pay $600–700 a month, have cash upfront, and I'm happy to provide references or let you run a background check. I have a clean record. A little about me—I'm a Missouri State alum, a dad to an amazing 7-year-old daughter, and I recently started my own business, PupTaxi, here in Springfield. I'm working hard to get it off the ground, so I'm just looking for a safe, clean place to stay while I wait for an apartment to open up. I'm quiet, respectful, don't smoke or party, and I'll be working most of the time. If you have a room available or know someone who does, I'd really appreciate any leads. Thanks so much!
