Townhouse bedroom with own bathroom

Looking for a roommate to move into my 2 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse. I currently live in the master but you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. Townhouse is approx. 1,150 sq ft total. Two parking spaces included (one per person). Full washer and dryer included. Shared utilities not included. If interested after viewing, you’d apply through the property management company I rent from (application fee $59 + background check $30 paid directly to them). If approved you’d be added for a 12 month lease. Looking for someone reliable with rent and respectful of shared spaces. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed (per property manager rules).
