You’ll have your own private bedroom and private bathroom, offering plenty of comfort and privacy. The apartment features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, a spacious living room, high-speed internet access, and plenty of parking. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, with convenient access to I-85, shopping, restaurants, and nearby employers. I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and pays rent on time. Ideally, I’d like someone who is employed or a student, communicates well, and helps keep the shared spaces tidy. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. I’m easygoing, work full-time, and I’m currently a student. I value a peaceful, clean, and drama-free living environment.
