I have a furnished bedroom that comes with a shared bathroom available. If you prefer no furniture, that is an option as well! Monthly rent is $700.00 with all bills included. The home is kept clean and neat at all times. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. I’m located in Gastonia. 15 minutes South of Charlotte/Mecklenburg Co. and approximately 15 minutes from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

I am looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful. Proof of income and a background check is required. In the home resides my adult daughter and myself. We typically stay to ourselves and we both work first shift. We are laid back and pretty down to earth. We also have a dog who is very people friendly.
