Hi! I’m a sophomore at Virginia Tech looking for a room in Blacksburg for the full 2026-2027 school year. Budget is up to $700/month. I’m clean, quiet, and easy to live with. I don’t have a guarantor, so I’m specifically looking to be added as an occupant on an existing lease or a full-year sublet, rather than needing to individually qualify.
