15x17 room with separate entrance

Beschreibung

Spacious room with a separate entrance and a small porch on half acre. This room has many windows and no closet but a huge chest of drawers for storage. It is furnished and the rent includes utilities. There are no sleep overs in the rooms but an occasional guest is welcome to the couch. We are looking for honest, kind, tidy people and request a background and credit check, first and last month rent and deposit which is half of the rent. A miniature horse sometimes visits: )
