I have a room for rent for single Male occupancy. Must be kind and respectful and clean. My husband and I live here currently; will be bringing my 5 year old soon. Location is off Dixie and Sunset close to a good amount of stores and food spots, parks. Shared areas would be the kitchen, living room, laundry(in process of getting washer & dryer) patio and backyard. No pets please and no smoking. $675 including bills and $300dep0s1t. Áreas compartidas serían la cocina, área de lavar(en proceso de obtener unas) el patio y la yarda. No mascotas y no fumar 🚭 porfavor. $675 incluyendo biles y $300 depósito.
