Hey ya'll, I had a change of plans and I'm looking to sublease my room in a 6 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment (with window) at the Oasis at vue (very close to liberty and practically walking distance to LUCOM)
The lease goes until July 15 2027, and rent is $570 a month which includes everything but electricity. ONLY TWO ROOMS OCCUPIED so far and they are males starting at LUCOM this year.
It's a very nice area, the apartment has FREE parking, gym access, various gathering places and a pool. pls message me if you want more details or are interested. I'm trying to get it taken ASAP!
