Hi! I'm a full-time employee in Carmel looking for a clean, quiet room to rent. I have steady income, pay my bills on time, and I'm respectful of shared spaces. I'm clean, easy to get along with, and generally keep to myself when I'm home. I'm looking for a place where everyone respects each other's privacy and keeps common areas tidy. I'm hoping to move in as soon as possible and would like a stable, long-term arrangement.
