Quiet clean respectful

My husband and I are looking for a room to rent for about 6 months to a year so we can save for a house. We don’t mind if you have or do any of these things, but we:
-have no kids or pets
-both work full time jobs
-share one vehicle
-keep to ourselves -are respectful and clean -don’t drink, smoke cigarettes or ‘do drugs
-are drama free -are responsible We understand we might need to pay a little more for two of us but we are looking to cut our housing cost to save faster, so anything over $1k wouldn’t work for us unless there is a private en-suite. A flat rate is what we are looking for. We have a mini fridge and wouldn’t use much of any shared spaces.
