Searching for a room

I'm open minded and patient so I can get along with anyone I meet. I've had roommates all my life, from family members to college dormmates. My motto is "don't do anything you wouldn't want your roommate to do". I work at Jetro Restaurant Depot full time from 9am to 7pm and will basically be gone all the time. I'm looking for a year lease but am open to alternatives. My credit score is 653 and I can share my income and any verifying documents if asked.
