The home is split level with a bedroom, bathroom, and living space on its own floor. There is also an enterance on this level. Besides the laundry being down there, you would practically have the floor to yourself. You would have your own cabinet and counter space in the kitchen, but are welcome to use any shared appliances. We shared the house with another couple for 2 years, but they recently moved out. However, we renewed the lease and have the property until at least April 30th 2027. The upstairs is occupied by me, my husband, and our cat. We would prefer not to add any more cats or dogs to the household.
