Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Alta City Side in Nashville. The available room is Bedroom 1, which comes with your own private bathroom. You’d be living with one female roommate who is staying in the apartment. Rent: $1,196/month for your portion (includes water, internet, trash, and community fees). Electricity is separate. Move-in: August or September (pending leasing office approval). The community is in a great location near downtown Nashville and offers amazing amenities, including a pool, gym, pickleball court, coworking spaces, and more.
