Hi, to start this, I'm a 32 year old trans woman, so another girl or trans friendly roommate heavily preferred. I'm looking for someone that can get on my lease to replace my roommate that just left without warning. Preferably someone that is gaming/anime/nerd friendly person but that's not necessary as long as there's no clashing and as long as it's ok that I'll be making noise and talking to people online. Kink friendly is necessary. The apartment is 900sqft total, and much of it is furnished except the empty open room. Will need to interview face to face before moving in
