Engineering student, clean & quiet

I’m an international student starting a Master’s in Civil Engineering at the University of Alberta in September 2026. I’m originally from Uzbekistan and have been living in France for the past few years completing my Bachelor’s degree.
I’m quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep a regular schedule and work/study mostly during the day. No pets, no parties, no issues with noise. I’m looking for a calm and comfortable place to focus on my studies.
I’m arriving in Edmonton in late August/early September and am looking for a private room, ideally close to the UAlberta campus. Budget around 500€/month. Happy to provide any references or answer any questions!`
