Looking for a room to rent or female roommate(s)! I’m a working professional in my mid-30s looking for a private bedroom and bathroom in the Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, or Newport Beach area. I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and mostly a homebody. I love fitness, wellness, cooking, and trying new restaurants.
