I am looking for a place to stay in the Chico area to finish the remaining of my college work. I am a returning student at CSU Chico who will be completing and graduating this December for the Fall 2026 semester. Due to completing my education earlier than most, I am looking for a short-term stay for I do not know how long I plan to stay, the minimum I would say would be around 5 months. I am very clean and well organized and I do not drink or party. I am 420 friendly but I will respect any rules of the house regarding the usage of cannabis.
