I have a spare room that I’m renting out (owner occupied.) I’ve lived in the condo for 17 years. It is just under 1000 sq ft. 2 bed, two bath. The location of the condo offers extreme privacy based on where it’s located (near the street with plenty of trees.) In a nice gated community condo complex with a pool. Off of Sunrise/Coloma (or Trinity River.) Just North of 50. The room is approximately 12 X 10. Upstairs, vaulted ceilings. You would have your own bathroom. Free DirecTV cable/streaming, free WIFI. I will cover water, sewage, garbage, utilities. I will carefully screen all candidates. No children, no pets, can’t be allergic to cats (I have two.) I would suggest that the potential renter have a small mini fridge in their room in the interest of space. I would be okay with a couple, however the rent would be $200 more for a couple.) The lease will be month-to-month. I will give you 30 days if I’d like to terminate the contract & you will give me 30 days as well. $1200/month. Upon moving in first is needed & a $500 security deposit. So $1700 to move in. $1900 for a couple. sixty three hundred.
