Fully Furnished Room in Upper Coomera – Bills Included We’re looking for one final housemate to join our friendly shared home in Upper Coomera. The house is currently shared by three males. We’re more like a small household than people simply renting separate rooms, so we’re hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful and easy-going. The room has been freshly painted and comes fully furnished with a queen bed, bedside table, lamp, tallboy, TV, ceiling fan and open built-in wardrobe space. Rent Includes • Electricity and water

• Fully furnished room and common areas The house has an air-conditioned lounge and a shared bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bathroom cleaning is rotated weekly, and a cleaner also comes once a month. Lawn maintenance is shared between the housemates. Convenient Location • A few minutes’ drive to Woolworths and Coles
• Approximately 3–5 minutes’ drive to the M1
• Approximately 7–10 minutes’ drive to Westfield Coomera and Coomera Train Station
• A short drive to the Upper Coomera Aquatic Centre and library
• Around 20–25 minutes’ drive to Griffith University’s Gold Coast campus
• Local bus services are available nearby as well. The house has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We occasionally have drinks or a BBQ, but this is not a party house. We’re looking for one person who is tidy, responsible, polite and respectful. No pets and no drugs. Visitors and occasional overnight guests are fine within reason, but the room is for one person only.
