Roomate Shawnee/Lenexa Area

Looking for a new roommate 2 bedroom/bathroom apartment preferably able to move in by October, I’m a workaholic not home often so I’m looking for someone that will respect my privacy space when I’m not home, I’m very laid back, I don’t like hosting groups of people at the apartment often but I don’t mind it on occasion. All I’m asking for is the ability and willingness to keep common areas clean. The apartment is split on each side of the living room so the layout feels more spacious than most of its size. All I would be asking for is the 750 by the end of the month I’ll handle internet/utility fluctuations. If you do end up reaching out I will need to meet up with you in public and background check for obvious reasons.
