Looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills place to crash? This is a listing for a comfortable sofa located in my central living room. It is a shared space, making it perfect for solo tenants. Will accept a man or woman. All utilities included.
Please note: This is a shared common area, not a private bedroom. You will have full access to the shared bathroom and the kitchen, but you should expect standard household activity during daytime hours. Also, there are two cats in the home. No additional pets allowed.
